Default Dogs that don't play

My male rott is a very strong dog. What I mean to say with this is that when he gets playful/excited I can't deal with it. He moves fast/charges hard and has no hangups. He's the kind of dog that walks brushing by and other dogs, children, and even some adults bounce out of the way, he doesn't even break stride. For this reason I'm limited as to how I can interact with him in a playful way, he loves to bite and every game is just a breath away from him starting to use his mouth. So I demand respect from him at all times, when I pet him he'll be very relaxed and lay on his back paws up, when I play tug of war I realize that I'm his dummy for a little while and that's OK too, but I'm careful not to stimulate him to the point where he'll start tapping into the more serious drive.

Recently I acquired a rottweiler bitch. I was hoping that it will be a good outlet for him to run around and play with her. My dog has been bred and had bitches brought to him before. When he meets a bitch he goes straight for the money in a very pushy way. However when the bitch doesn't cooperate and shows aggression he is respectful of it and stops pushing. So this was the case as well with my bitch, once she panicked a couple of times and nipped at him he stopped making serious efforts to mount her, actually he ignored her.

In the beginning the bitch was scared and showed no playfulness. Today was more or less the first time she ran around, adopted a play posture towards my dog. I thought great now they'll play. What does the bastard do? Sees her like a rabbit and runs her down. She gets frightened and any signs of playful behavior disappear.

This behavior of his is not unique to my bitch, he does it with all bitches that I've seen. He'll first try to mount, if unsuccessful he loses interest, and never engages in play. When he does start to play it's just overwhelming to the other dog because the game for him is to completely overpower the other dog. I'm wondering if there's a bitch strong and energetic enough to withstand this. I'm also wondering if this is an acquired behavior because he never played as a pup. Has anyone else seen a dog like this? It's kinda sad to see that he never perceives the other dog as a being to be considerate of / go through the motions that dogs normally do like simply sniff or lick each other.

My bitch will eat him alive if he tries that crap with her, lol. She took on my pushy, out of control bull terrier a few times and it was UGLY. If he is anything like my EBT was, which he sounds exactly like him, all it takes is a strong bitch to show him whos boss a few times and they start respecting her. My EBT even got to the point where my female ate first, went through the door first, etc in fear of getting his ass kicked again, and she's small (45lbs) but is tough as nails and won't take sh*t off anyone.

You just have to find you a bitch that thinks she's a male. If you want to arrange a play date with mine.... LOL

I should add though, it's a double edged sword. I couldn't let my female play with other dogs, even when she wasn't trying to kill them and when she was in a happy mood. She always wanted to dominate them and be on top and would always play too rough and every play date turned into an all out 'oh my god get the parting stick' brawl. A dog like her is best left alone and the only dog. Too much hassle to constantly have to watch her with another dog. You never know when that stick that's been lying out in the yard for 4 months is going to all of the sudden turn into the most prized possession in the whole world and cost you 2k in vet bills.
